This Week Was Pure Magic ✨

Thoughts became ideas, ideas became moments, and love made them real.

I’m still smiling as I write this. What a week it’s been, a kaleidoscope of festivals, firsts, and friendships that left my heart full.

idea in paper - last sunday

Monday began with the gentle joy of Ganapathy Puja. Festival mornings wrap you in warmth, don’t they?

Tuesday carried that cozy study-from-home energy until curiosity won over textbooks. By evening, we had dropped everything for a movie (Lokah).

Sometimes the best lessons come with popcorn in hand.

Wednesday woke up my researcher heart. I dove into interview techniques, from structured to semi-structured to unstructured, while friends shared their own journeys.

I love how we create these little circles of connection.

while friends around me reflected and shared their own journeys.

Thursday was pure love in action. Onam prep mode! I was running around arranging dhotis and sarees for everyone, making sure even first-timers felt at home.

There’s magic in helping someone tie their first dhoti or choose a saree. Onam isn’t just a festival, it’s an embrace that says you belong here. And we all felt it.

Friday was the grand celebration. From vibrant Pookalams to the epic Onam Sadhya, from dances to games, every moment sparkled with laughter.

Designing the Onam poster was my own little creative joy.

But what really moved me was not the events, it was us. Group chats became rivers of gratitude, filled with birthday wishes, job shares, training notes, and countless acts of care. Someone always had your back.

The weekend slowed us beautifully. Long metro rides filled with stories. A 3.4 km walk chasing the perfect filter coffee.

Surprise visits to Rashtrapati Bhavan and Gurudwara. Param sundari movie sessions under the moon eclipse.

These are the soul-filling moments, aren’t they?

Plan 2 into real

Somewhere in all this, something clicked for me about communication.

Clear words don’t just share information, they build bridges to hearts. (I’ve written more about this at nami.beehiiv.com if you’re curious!)

To everyone reading, thank you for being part of this tapestry of connection and love. Thank you for celebrating with us, holding space for our stories, and showing up with curiosity.

Here’s to another week of wonder, another chapter of growth, another chance to make ordinary moments extraordinary.

With gratitude and endless curiosity,
Nami 🌊
