"Keep going" - What a stranger taught me about starting
On January 8th, I said my idea out loud for the first time. Here's what happened.

On January 8th, I went to an entrepreneur summit at IIT Madras.
I didn't know what to expect. I just showed up.
Everyone around me seemed so sure. They had pitch decks. They had plans. They had answers.
I had curiosity.
At one point, someone asked me: "What are you working on?"
I hesitated.
Then I said it out loud for the first time: "I'm building something. I don't have all the details yet, but I'm starting."
They nodded. No judgment.
Just two words: "Keep going."
That small exchange stayed with me.
It felt like permission to not have it all figured out yet.
This is from January 2025 - the first month of my Annual Edition.
I'm documenting this entire year. Not highlights. Not lessons. Just what actually happened.
Where I was. Who I spent time with. What the days felt like. What I learned.
